hyperMILL® for Autodesk® Inventor® fulfills the certification criteria of Autodesk and therefore guarantees the highest level of quality, inter-operability and compatibility. Strict guidelines ensure that a seamless exchange of data takes place between Autodesk® Inventor® and hyperMILL®.
Thanks to the CAD integration, the CAM product takes on the ‘look and feel’ of the CAD interface. The full-scale integration provides all 2.5D, 3D, HSC/HPC and 5-axis milling as well as turning strategies within this environment. The user does not need to leave their familiar environment. hyperMILL® can be conveniently accessed via a tab. The user can switch freely between the CAD and CAM systems at all times.

Using geometric features
The feature technology provided by hyperMILL® allows the geometry information available in Autodesk® Inventor® to be used for CAM programming. Furthermore, machining strategies and tools can be linked with features in technology macros and saved in a technology database.
